There are three major bus transfer centers across the valley: Main Street Station (Downtown Boise), Happy Day Transit Center (Caldwell), and Boise Towne Square Mall (Boise). Buses arrive both underground at Main Street Station (the Lower Deck) and outside at the intersection of 8th and Main Street (the Upper Deck). There’s a staffed Customer Service desk at the facility with printed informational resources available inside.
